Game might not be loaded due to temporary error on Facebook API server, like when there's a sudden increase in number of people accessing to it. Please wait a little for such errors to get back to fine condition and check if you have most up-to-date Internet browser (Click to download latest version for Windows: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome. For Mac OS: Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome). If the problem persists, please contact us at support@vegasliveslot.com and we'll troubleshoot further.

The game freezes while playing.
Update your browser to the latest version (Click to download for Windows: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome. For Mac OS: Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome) or try playing in a different browser, we recommend Google Chrome for better playing experience.

Please make sure to erase cache and cookies of your browser as well. The page will automatically download the most recently patched version of the game.

How do I clear my web browser's cache and cookies??

Can't login with Facebook / Lost progress
Please try to login with Facebook once again: Vegas Live Slots -> settings -> account settings -> connect with Facebook.

If it doesn't work, please try to delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store -> then try to login with Facebook again, it should work!

If you still have problems, please submit your inquiry through the Help Center.

Can't update the app on amazon Fire device.
If you cannot update your app on your Fire device, here is how to fix the problem and update your app:

clear the cache from the Appstore by swiping down from the top of the page to bring up the Quick Settings.
Tap Settings -> Apps&Games -> Manage All Applications -> go to All Applications (downloaded -> installed -> after you will see ALL),
and then scroll down to select (Amazon) Appstore.
Select the Force Stop and Clear Cache option AND select Clear Data.
Then try to update the game again. You also need to check if you have free space on your device.
Please note that in order to install the update, your device needs space that is equal to the total size of the game.
After installing the update, the memory will be available again.

If nothing works, please try to delete the app from your device completely
and reinstall it from Amazon App Store again.

Game won't load /crashes or freezes on mobile.
If you experience any problems with the mobile app, try the steps below to troubleshoot the problem:

1. Check if you have stable wi-fi or internet connection.
2. Reboot your wi-fi router if you have one: unplug it for 30 sec and then plug it in again.
3. Try switching from your wi-fi to phone data and vice versa.
2. Check if you have the latest version of the app -> update your app to the latest version.
5. Reboot your phone.

In case the problem still occurs after you performed the steps above, please, try to delete the app from your device completely and reinstall the app from the App Store again.

I've lost all my progress, what do I do?
If you lost your progress, please reach out to us through the HELP CENTER and provide the following information

together with your new user ID number which you can find in your game profile (tap you own picture while in Lobby):

- Have you played on Facebook or as a guest?

- Do you know your original user ID number?
- Did you set a name for your account?
- Were you a member of any club? If yes, let us know the name of the club.
- Do you remember any details about your original profile: when you started playing, the last day you accessed the app, your coin balance, VIP level, etc.
- If you changed your device, what was the model of your old device?

I'm going to change my device soon, how do I transfer progress to my new device?
If you play as a guest:

We can transfer your progress to your new device for you, just reach out to us with your original user ID number from your old game and your new user ID number which you will find in the game on your new device.

You can find your user ID number in your game profile if you tap your picture above your avatar.

If you signed in with Facebook / Apple:

You can connect the game with the same account you used on your old device and your progress will be automatically restored.

If you created a new Facebook account / lost your previous account, please contact us through the HELP CENTER with your new user ID number and all details you remember about your original account (name, club, played since, last played, coins, VIP level, etc)

What are diamonds and how do I get more?
Diamonds in Vegas Live Slots are a virtual currency that you can use for purchasing VIP Trial for 3 or 7 days

or on other things, please check 'How can I use my diamonds'.

You have a chance to receive bonus diamonds as a level up bonus starting from level 10.

You also get diamonds as a purchase bonus whenever you buy coin packages,

Can I transfer my coins or diamonds to friends?
No, coins and diamonds cannot be transferred to other players.

However, you can send one gift per day to each friend!

To send or collect gifts:

- Tap the Social icon (the two-person symbol) at the top right of the main game screen.

- Go to the My Friends or Club Members tab to send gifts.

- To collect gifts, tap the COIN GIFTS tab (second icon from the top) and collect them all at once!

Can I win real money?
Vegas Live Slots is a casino-like game but is not actual gambling. All the coins and diamonds in game are meant for entertainment purposes only and cannot be cashed out. Coins and diamonds that you purchase are used to increase your playtime.

How can I use my diamonds?
You can use your diamonds for the following:

1. to buy VIP TRIAL for several days - for Premium players,
2. to win some coins in Arcades, you can find 'Whac-An-Egg', 'Meowney' and 'Fishing Bonanza' at the center of any building's lobby, except Excelsior & Lounge, just find a machine with a diamond above it!
3. to get extra Lottery tickets (in the LOUNGE) - for Premium & VIP Trial players,
4. to replay 100 Spins Challenge & Keno Challenge in the LOUNGE,
5. to remove unwanted club missions - available for club leaders and co-leaders,

How do I start playing or change slot machines?
In the casino lobby you can see the available slot machine options. Click one of the game icons and you will move to that game's slot room. Set your bet and start playing! Bet bigger and you will get a bigger Jackpot win. However, we always recommend to bet less than 1% of coin total per spin for a better playing experience. You can pick any machine but depending on how many coins you have we recommend playing machines within your betting range. Click a machine to play. If you want to change games in your current slot room, click the buttons on either side of a slot room and you will move to next slot room with different games.

I was disconnected during a bonus game. Can I get my free spins back?
Yes you can. Even though network disconnection or screen freezing occurs while playing during your free spins bonus your data for free spins is recorded in our server to secure your bonus game. When you connect to our game again, you are automatically moved into exactly same machine in the same state as when you were playing before the problem occurred. You may restart play in the free spin bonus. Of course, there is no loss of your spins or bonus coins.

How do I take a screenshot and share on my Facebook wall?

How do I send gifts to my friends?
You can now see all your Friends and Club Members in one place and send them free gifts too!

Just tap the Social button (the two-person icon at the top), and you’ll find your updated friend list.

Under "My Friends", you’ll see your Facebook friends and anyone you’ve added. Tap "Club Members" to see everyone in your club.

You can send gifts to each person one by one, or use "Send Free Gifts to All" to gift your friends or whole club at once!

How do I ask my friends for free coins?
Click on the INBOX button at top right side of the main menu.

An INBOX dialog will pop up when you have help messages or collectable gifts from your friends. Click 'ASK' tab to send HELP message to your friends.

If your friends reply to these help messages you automatically get gifts from your friends.

How do I get more free coins in the game?
We provide a great variety of free bonuses in the game: Daily Wheel, Daily Cash Bonus, Hourly Bonus, bonuses in lobbies, and you can also get more coins at our official Fan Page: https://www.facebook.com/vegasliveslots/

You can invite your Facebook friends to Vegas Live Slots or join a club if you want to receive more free coins. You can ask your friends for help and your friends will send you free coins.

How do I level up?
To level up you should collect a certain amount of experience points which are being accumulated for every spin you make.

Higher bets add more experience points per spin, and the more spins you make, the quicker you level up.

Please, note that it takes more experience points for higher levels to reach the next level,

so although it may seem that you're not progressing, all spins you make count towards leveling up

and you will reach the next level at some point! Just keep checking the gauge and once it's all blue, you level up!

We also recommend that you keep bets in a safe range (less than 1% of your coin total per spin).

Gifts I received are missing, what happened?
Gifts are stored in your Inbox for 24 hours. If a gift isn't collected within that time, it will automatically expire and be removed.
We recommend checking your Inbox as soon as you receive a gift notification to make sure you don't miss out!

How can I check my user ID number?
Your User Number is listed under Settings > My Account, next to 'User No'.

Our club leader hasn’t been active for a long time. What can be done?
If the current leader has not accessed the game for over 90 days, it is possible to change the leader to an active co-leader upon request from club member/s.

The old leader must be kept as a co-leader for a 30-day maintenance period. If during this period, the original leader claims his rights back, he will be reinstated as a club leader.

- If there is more than one co-leader, one of the co-leaders will be chosen based on the recent activity and contribution to the club.

- If the club has no co-leaders or the co-leaders are not active, the new leader has to be decided in the club chatroom.

What are drinks for?
The drinks are for your perfect party mood, you can buy one with your game coins.

Some drinks do not have any perks, while others offer some boosts: with some drinks you get more coins from lobbies,

other drinks make it a bit easier to level up, etc. Just check the description of the drink to see if it offers any perks!

But leave the perks alone what you get is a nice casino atmosphere mood boost at ANY time of the day!

Daily Lottery / Vegas Billions: I matched 2 numbers and it says 'No match', why?
The payouts for regular (gray) ball hits start from 3 hits, however if you get 1 bonus (red) ball matched, then you get payouts from the first hit.

If you have 1 or 2 regular ball hits, it is a NO MATCH situation, but you still get 50,000 coins as a reward.

You can check the rules of the game if you tap 'View All Prizes' button at the top left of the machine.

What is a club and how do I join/create one?
The main purpose of the club system is to add another social element to the game to make it more fun to you,

so you can communicate with your club members, clear missions with them,

help your club grow and rank higher, compete with other clubs.

To join a club, just tap C icon at the top bar -> All Clubs and join any club you like there,

as those shown there are the newest clubs which were created just recently!

If you are a very competitive player, you may try to join one of the top clubs,

check the Leaderboard and choose the club you like, but be aware, it might be tough to keep up! ;p

How do club points work?
CP are club points, the more club points the club has, the higher its rank in the leaderboard comparing to other clubs.
The club levels up, once it accumulates a certain amount of CP for clearing missions, donating and winning.

Missions: Your club gets a credit for each completed mission.

If the mission offers 500 club points (cp) to your club and you clear it 50/50 with other member,
it means that you contribute 250 points and another member contributes 250 points,
while your club gets 500 cp, but your reputation in the club is being only increased depending on your contribution to the mission.

You also receive a reward for clearing the mission based on your contribution.

Donations: You can donate your coins, diamonds or watch ads to add a certain number of CP points to your club.

It is not possible to get back donated coins and diamonds to share them with club members,

and those only go towards increasing the club's reputation (CP points).

Winning: Every win you have adds a certain amount of CP to your club.

Depending on the type of win you have: Big / Super / Mega / Ultra/ Colossal Wins and Jackpots

all add different number of CP points multiplied by a coefficient of your bet.

How do I add friends in Vegas Live Slots?
To add friends:

1. Tap the Social icon (the two-person symbol) at the top of the screen.

3. Go to Search Users and enter your friend's Friend Code(the person you want to add should check it in their profile).
Or you can just search using their exact name (same letters) and level.

Please note:
Your Friend Code is only visible to you in your own profile, just below your name.
When you view other players' profiles, you will not see their Friend Codes.
However, you can still add them by entering their correct name and level.

Normally all purchases are being well delivered to your account, however from time to time some of the items may be delivered with a slight delay.

Can't make a purchase on android / Google Play.
f you try to buy something on Google Play but your payment is declined or won't process, try the steps below:

A. Verify your payment info: sign in to https://pay.google.com/ -> At the top, select Alerts -> If you have a red alert, enter your payment information and wait for the team to respond.

B. Try to pay with a different payment method.
If there's a problem with one payment method you can try paying with a different one.

- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app Google Play.
- Go back to the item you want to buy & tap the pr! ice.
- Tap the current payment method.
- Choose a different payment method or add a new one.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.

I was overcharged, what do I do? (for purchases made on iPhone/iPad)
Sometimes Apple charges your card several days after the purchase was made and they also group purchases made on different dates and charge them all at once as well, you can learn more about it here (click!).
You can recheck your purchase history at Apple to see if everything looks alright there:
1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
2. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to authenticate your Apple ID.
3. Scroll to Purchase History and tap it.

Can't make a purchase / My payment doesn't go through
The issue you reported usually occurs due to the following reasons:

- Incorrect card information: please, check if your payment information is properly registered to your account.

- Temporary system error: try to restart the app after a while and make a purchase again.

- Outdated version of app: please check if you have the latest version of app.

I purchased Daily Check-in Deal, but didn't receive my coins today.
Daily Check-In bonus is being issued every 18 hours after your receive your previous bonus,
so if you get one in the evening, the next bonus won't be given to you next morning but after 18 hours since the previous bonus only.

You will be able to receive this bonus up to 42 hours after the previous bonus without any days skipped.

My coupons disappeared, where are they?
All coupons have expiration dates (except the First Buyer coupons) and you can check till when the coupon is valid right on the coupon.

If you no longer see any coupons in the Coin Shop, it is highly possible that your coupons have expired.

I hit a Jackpot, but didn't receive my Jackpot coupon.
First of all, huge congratulations on hitting a Jackpot!

200% Jackpot coupon is being issued whenever you win a Jackpot, but once you receive this coupon, you won't be able to get another Jackpot coupon for 3 days even you hit more Jackpot.

If you win two Jackpots in a row, you receive only 1 coupon

and the next coupon will be offered only for a Jackpot hit 3 days after the first Jackpot.

I used Google Play Points for game coins, but didn't receive them.
If you made a purchase with your Google Play points, but didn't receive your order, please try the following steps to troubleshoot this issue:

Step 1: Check your points history

1. Open the Google Play Store app .

2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.

3. Tap Play Points.

4. To check how many points you got for a purchase, tap More Points history.

If your points weren’t used, open the app and try to repeat the purchase.

Step 2: Force stop, then reopen the app or game

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open Settings .

2. Based on your device,tap either Apps or Manage applications.

3. Tap the app you used to make your in-app purchase.

4. Tap Force stop.

5. Reopen the app you used to make your in-app purchase.

6. Check if your item has been delivered.

Step 3: Restart your device

1. On your Android phone or tablet, hold down the Power button.

2. Tap Power off or Restart. This varies by device.

3. If needed, hold down the Power button again to turn the device back on.

4. Wait for the device to start again.

5. Reopen the game and check if the in-app purchase has been delivered.

Step 4: Update the Play Store app

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app .

2. Tap Menu Settings Build version or Play Store version.

What is the Monthly Stamp Reward, and how does it work?
Earn stamps by logging in daily and receive increasing rewards!

The more stamps you collect, the bigger your daily bonus.

You can purchase 3 extra stamps + 10X daily bonus once per day to maximize your rewards.

Each Monthly Stamp Reward sheet is valid until the last day of the month.

On the 1st of each new month, the stamp sheet resets, and you start from Stamp #1 again.

How do I turn music and sounds on / off?
To turn on/off music and sounds, please do as follows:

How do I change my avatar?
To change your avatar, click on your profile picture in the top bar to open your profile.
Then, click the Edit button next to your current avatar, select one from the available options, and press SAVE.

How do I remove this app?
Go to Facebook settings -> Apps -> Vegas Live Slots. You can click 'Remove app' in the lower side of the Menu. Go straight to App settings page at https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications

How do I switch between Google Play Games and guest mode in Vegas Live Slots?
Follow these steps to log out, connect, or switch between Google Play Games and guest mode on your Android device:

1. Close the Vegas Live Slots app.

2. Open the Google Play Games app.

3. Tap the three dots (top right) → Settings → Your data → Change account for games.

4. Find Vegas Live Slots and tap Change, then choose:

ㅇ Sign Out to play as a guest.

ㅇ Use (your email) to stay signed in with Google Play Games.

ㅇ Ask each time to choose between Google Play Games or guest mode when opening the app.

* If you don’t see the Ask each time option, pick any available option, tap Edit again, and it should appear.

How do I permanently delete my account?
To request user data deletion,

click here to visit our Help Center and submit a ticket, or contact us at: support@vegasliveslot.com

and provide your user ID number which you can check in your game profile.

Your account and all associated data will be deleted within several days.

If you are a mobile user, you can also submit a data deletion request within the mobile app by going to Menu > Account Settings.

After you submit your deletion request, your account and all related personal information will be completely and irreversibly deleted in 90 days.

You can recover your account before the deletion process is complete. However, once the deletion is complete, restoring your account will be impossible.

I lost my progress. What should I do?
Try the following steps:

- Restart the VLS app and check if it loads your correct account.

- If it’s not the correct account, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings → Account Settings

2. Tap Sign Out of All Accounts at the bottom center of the screen

3. Confirm the sign-out process

4. Sign in again and select your preferred sign in option

OR tap FIND MY ACCOUNT and choose from the list of accounts used on your device.

NEW FRIEND SYSTEM WALKTHROUGH
Making connections in VLS just got easier! We’ve enhanced the Mailbox into a full Friend System.

Here’s a quick tour of the Social feature behind the two-person icon:

1. Friends Tab: View your Friends & Club Members, and send them gifts in one place.

2. Coin Gifts Tab: See who sent you gifts and collect them all with one tap.

3. Likes Tab: View the Likes you’ve received and sent. Spread the love.

4. Add Friends Tab: Manage requests, see suggestions, and search by Friend Code or Username & Level.
You can find your Friend Code on your profile page.

5. Chatrooms: Chat 1:1 with friends and keep track of all your private conversations.

6. Settings: Control who can send you requests or likes, and manage blocked users.
To block or unfriend a player, go to their profile and tap the down arrow.
